Can you accommodate other dietary options?
At Sugar + Butter Baking Co., we believe that dietary restrictions shouldn't cost you extra. Gluten free and vegan options are available upon request and always, free of charge.
Are your products nut free?
Yes. Our bakery is a nut-free facility.
When should I order?
Custom cookie orders must be placed a minimum of 1 week in advance. Cookie kit orders must be placed 24 hours in advance. Custom orders are always first come, first served.
For Corporate and larger orders, please place your order a minimum of one month in advance.
What if I need more than 1 dozen?
We offer most of our custom cookies in increments of 1 dozen, but we recognize sometimes more or less cookies are needed. If you need a quantity off a dozen, please complete our Request a Quote listing and proceed through the checkout. We won't ask your credit card information and you won't be charged, but you will receive a custom quote from us within 2 business days and we can proceed with your order from there.
Help - I want to order cookies but your custom orders are closed!
Thank you for your interest in our cookies. During our busiest times of the year (think major holidays, graduation season, etc.), we can only accept a limited number custom orders. Once we reach that number, we close our custom orders for a period of time. That's why you'll see "Sold Out" on our custom order listings. It's always a good idea to reserve your space far in advance around these times. We often offer gift sets during these times so you can still find something special. We also try to post a reopen date. If your order is for after that date, feel free to complete our Request a Quote listing and we'll be in touch to discuss your custom order.
