TOFUTTI CREAM CHEESE

This is very similar in taste and texture to traditional cream cheese, but is milk and butterfat free and contains no cholesterol. It is versatile like real cream cheese, whether spread on a bagel, used as a dip for snack items, such as crackers or chips, or used in any favourite recipe. 

Potential Uses / Applications: Vegan crab rangoon, waldorf panini, cinnamon bun frosting, strawberry infused cream cheese icing, chocolate peanut butter cheesecake and more!

Ingredients: Water, expeller processed natural oil blend (soybean, palm fruit and olive), maltodextrin, soy protein, tofu, non-dairy lactic acid, organic sugar, blend of natural gums (locust bean, guar, cellulose, xanthan and carrageenan), vegan mono and diglycerides, salt.
