Cookie Countess Gel Icing

Cookie Countess Gel Colours are highly concentrated and provide vibrant colour with less liquid.

Formulated to match airbrush colours but can also be used in small amounts to create softer colours. Gel colours have a 5-year shelf life.

Allergen friendly. Soy-free, Egg-free, Peanut-free, Tree nut-free, Mustard seed-free, Shellfish-free, Fish-free, Milk-free, Egg-free, Wheat/Gluten free. Certified kosher pareve (OU).

Ingredients: Water, high-fructose corn syrup, glycerine, FD&C colour, modified corn starch, carrageenan, potassium sorbate (preservative), xanthan gum, citric acid, maltodextrin, dextrose. Meant for mixing into icin (royal icing, buttercream, etc.).

Cannot be used in an airbrush machine.
