Dustcolor Water Soluble Powder Colourant

Water soluable and 100% edlible powder colourant.

Ideal for dyeing fondant, royal icing, batters (cake, cookie, waffle, etc.), pastry cream, almond paste, macaroons, jelly, sugar paste, decorating gel, candy and more. Dilute in alcohol or water to paint like watercolours.

Please note: this cannot be use to dye oil-based products such as pure chocolate.
